Accepted Circumstances

• Refund requirement caused by purchasing:

1. Purchase the wrong product by mistake and then purchase the correct one from 4Easysoft Studio at once. We will refund the wrong purchase if you require it.

2. Purchase the same product twice at the same time and have no plan to exchange any other product. We will refund one of them if you require it.

• Refund requirement caused by registration information:

1. The customer does not receive the registration code in their mailbox within 24 hours after the purchase and has not received a timely response (within 48 hours) from the 4Easysoft Support Team after making contact. In this case, 4Easysoft will refund the order if you require it.

2. Wrong registration information is sent to customers due to our system problem, which causes customers can't perform important and instant conversions. Furthermore, the customer has no further need for the software. Once we confirm all these situations, we will issue a refund if you require it.

• Refund requirement caused by product problem:

When the software purchased has technical problems and no solutions have been provided within 30 days, we can refund the order if the customer is not willing to wait for further upgrade or solutions.

• Refund Note:

Our product is virtual software, so we can't get the registration code back once we send it. We also do not know whether the customer uses the registration code. Thus, if the customer insists on a refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchased price as a fee. Thank you for your understanding.

Circumstances of No Refund

• Refund requirement caused by purchasing:

1. 4Easysoft cooperates with third-party payment platforms to perform the purchase, so we have no means to monitor authorization during payment. If there's any suspicion of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment, please get in touch with the card issuers immediately to resolve the matter. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it can't be canceled. However, 4Easysoft will exchange the purchased product for the one you want.

2. If the customer purchases the wrong product from our website and then purchases the so-called correct product from another company, we won't issue a refund.

3. If the customer purchases the wrong product due to a lack of understanding of the software functions, we won’t refund it. However, suppose the customer contacts the 4Easysoft Support Team within 48 hours after the purchase. In that case, we can exchange the purchased product for the correct one, provided the price difference between products does not exceed $20. However, 4Easysoft will not refund the price difference.

4. A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns will not be accepted.

5. We will not accept the refund when the customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.

• Refund requirement caused by registration information:

1.When the failed registration of software is caused by the customer's wrong operation, and the registration information has been proven valid, we won't perform a refund if the customer requires it.

2.Suppose there are technical issues while using purchased products, and the customer refuses to cooperate with the 4Easysoft Support Team and provide necessary descriptions, screenshots, and files about the problem, or try our solutions. In that case, the refund request will not be allowed.

• Refund requirement caused by product problem:

1. The customer wants to convert protected files purchased from iTunes or other places, but our product can't meet this need. We won't perform a refund if the customer requires it, as we have already provided clear notes about this issue on our website.

2. Customers complain that our product cannot meet the needs that we have already provided clear notes because the customers neither read the product introduction on our website nor tried a product before purchase. We won’t perform a refund if the customer requires it.

3. The customer purchases the wrong product, which can't be supported by their computer operation system, such as a Mac user purchasing Windows version software. If we have similar software for the correct OS, we would like to exchange the product for the customer. If we don't have it, we are sorry that the refund can't be performed.

4. If a customer purchases a wrong product from our affiliate website or the purchased product can't meet some of the customer's needs due to the wrong or blurry product description on the affiliate website, we won't perform a refund if the customer requires it. The customer needs to contact the affiliate from which the product is purchased to seek a solution. We sincerely suggest our customers read the descriptions of 4Easysoft products on our official site before any payment.

5. If customers meet with technical problems after the software update, but the order has exceeded the guarantee period, 4Easysoft will not refund.

• Refund requirement is made long after the purchase:

4Easysoft provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Since we use third-party payment platforms to perform the purchase and some platforms have time limitations for refunds, if a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back guarantee period, no matter the reason for the refund, we cannot perform the refund.

• Refund request based on the complaint that lost data cannot be completely recovered.

Please note that no software can guarantee 100% of the data recovery because the deleted/lost data can be easily damaged or overwritten. Thus, 4Easysoft highly recommends our customers try data recovery tools before they make a purchase. If customers request a refund for the software not recovering the lost/deleted data completely, we are sorry that 4Easysoft will not perform the refund.
